The default. Your app's own model does the work behind the voice, the same one that answers typed requests. Voice is off for every app until you turn it on.

How credit works
- Buy credit, then spend it
- Top up from $10.00. Every turn and every second of voice is taken from the balance, and the dashboard shows what went where.
- Registering a card
- The payment provider needs a first charge to authorise a card. That is $0.50, and all of it is added to your balance as credit.
- Tax
- Where the law asks us to, we add VAT or sales tax at your country's rate when you buy credit, and show it before you pay. It is charged on buying credit, never on spending it, so a $10.00 top-up always adds $10.00 to your balance.
- Voice sessions at once
- Ten people in an organisation can talk to the assistant at the same moment. In a busy moment up to thirty can, and the sessions past ten cost twice as much. Switch that off per app to cap it. Typing is never limited this way.
- Nothing else is metered
- Seats, apps, actions and documents cost nothing on their own.
- Before it runs out
- Choose the balances you want to be warned at, and every owner of the organisation is emailed as each one is crossed.
- If it runs out
- The assistant stops answering, and tells your users to ask an administrator. Nothing else in your app is affected, and it answers again as soon as you top up.
