Refund policy

Mihe is paid for with prepaid credit. This page says what is refunded and what is not. It is part of the Terms between you and Neek Digital Solutions Ltd.

In short

  • A charge we made by mistake, or twice, is refunded in full.
  • Credit is not refundable once bought, spent or not. It never expires.
  • Closing your organisation does not forfeit your balance.

Charges made in error

If you were charged twice for one purchase, charged an amount you did not agree to, or charged when the purchase failed, we refund it in full, including any tax charged on it. There is no time limit on reporting a charge made in error.

Credit you have not spent

Credit is not refundable once bought, whether or not it has been spent. It does not expire, and it stays on your organisation’s balance until it is spent, so buy what you expect to use.

What is not refunded

  • Credit that has been spent. Every turn and every second of voice is recorded, and you can see what it went on in the dashboard.
  • The charge for registering a card. The payment provider needs a first charge to authorise a card. All of it is added to your balance as credit, so you can spend it, but it is not refunded, because a refund would not return the provider’s fee and would cost the same as keeping it.
  • Credit on an organisation we closed for breaking the Terms.

Closing your own organisation is not one of these. It stops your apps serving and keeps your balance, and opening the organisation again makes the credit usable again.

How to ask

Email support@mihe.dev from an address that is an owner of the organisation, with the organisation’s name and the payment’s reference from the billing screen. We reply within five working days. Once a refund is approved, the payment provider usually takes five to ten working days to return it to your card or account.
